Trouble Viewing Articles
If you are signed into your digital account but are unable to view articles, or if you get a message prompting you to login or signup, please try the following steps.
- Log out of your account
- Clear your cache and browser history.
- Log back into your Modern Healthcare account.
- Try to access the article that you were viewing.
If you are still not able to view content, please open a ticket in the help center or emails customerservice@modernhealthcare.com and include the type of device you're trying to use and what browser you're trying to view in.
